Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday are closed.

Use our booking page, or call or message us on +250 787 411 501. Choose the type of booking, your preferred date and time, and tell us what you need.

After you press the booking button, a “Booking Request Received!” screen appears. That means your request reached us.

We then contact you by WhatsApp or email to confirm your date and time. Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm it with you. If you have not heard from us, call or message +250 787 411 501.

Our tailor comes to your home, office or hotel in Kigali for your consultation, measurements or fitting. Request it on the booking page. We confirm the address, the time and any transport or consultation fee with you before the visit.

No, every garment is custom-made strictly on order to ensure a precision fit.

1. Press Order on our website, agree to the Terms & Conditions, and chat with us on WhatsApp.
2. We agree your design, fabric and measurements, and send you a quote.
3. You pay the 70% deposit.
4. We send you “Your order is officially started” and production begins.
5. We tell you when your suit is ready, and you pay the remaining 30% at collection or delivery.

The deposit is at least 70% of the order value, paid before production begins. The remaining 30% is paid before or at the time of collection or delivery.

Production begins after a 70% advance deposit is confirmed and you receive our official "Your order is officially started" notification.

You will receive our message: “Your order is officially started.” We send it once your 70% deposit is confirmed. Your timeline starts from that message.

If you have paid your deposit and have not received it, contact us on +250 787 411 501 and we will check.

Standard orders take 1 to 2 weeks. Express orders take 1 to 3 days (requires an additional 35% express rush fee).

Tell us you need an express order when you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. Express orders depend on workshop availability, so we first confirm whether we can take yours.

We then tell you the 35% express fee on the total order value and your ready date, before you pay. Express orders take 1 to 3 days from the official start.

After the official start, changes may not be possible. If we agree to a change, extra cost and time may apply. Please check your design, fabric and measurements carefully before you confirm.

Yes. Bring your own design or inspiration photo, and our tailors will craft it to your vision.

We notify you when your suit is ready. You can collect it from our workshop, or we can arrange delivery. Delivery details are confirmed with you in advance.

Note on Pricing: Listed prices are for standard fabric tiers. Because all our items are fully bespoke and custom-made, special or premium fabric selections and highly custom designs may vary or exceed these rates. Please contact us directly for a personalized quote.

We specialize in custom suits (men and women) and expert garment alterations and repairs for clothes you already own (see Alterations & Repairs). We do not sell standalone trousers, coats, or dresses. If you need something else, just ask us. We can sometimes make other items on request.

Yes. Bring us your ready-made clothes and we fix them for you. We look at the garment first, then tell you what the job involves and what it will cost.

These are starting prices only. We tell you the actual price after we inspect your clothes.

We inspect your clothes first. The actual price depends on:

• the quality of the fabric;
• the work that needs to be done on the garment;
• how the garment is built and structured;
• when you need the work finished.

After the inspection. We tell you the actual price once we have checked your clothes, and we start the work when you agree to it.

It depends on the job and on when you need your clothes back. We agree the time with you at the inspection. A shorter deadline can change the price.

Free fitting adjustments within 72 hours apply to garments made by Mr. Sewing (see our Refund Policy). For clothes you already own, the alteration and repair prices above apply.

Because items are custom-tailored, we do not offer returns or refunds once production begins. We offer free fitting adjustments within 72 hours of delivery. See our Refund Policy.

Before your order has officially started, contact us as soon as possible and we will review it. After the official start, we do not offer cancellations, returns or refunds because your suit is made only for you. See our Refund Policy.

Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your suit. We make free adjustments if the garment has not been worn, damaged or altered by anyone else.

Finished suits are stored free for 7 days from our “ready” notice. From day 8, a storage fee of 10% of the product cost per day applies. At 50% (day 12) the garment is considered abandoned. If you will be late, contact us before day 8. See our Terms & Conditions.

We may use photos of our garments, and of customers wearing them, on our social media, website and other platforms, including for advertising. You can ask us at any time to remove your picture, and we will remove it within one week. Contact us on +250 787 411 501.
